Refund Policy

Nothing is sold or charged through this website. This page explains that clearly, and sets out how fees and refunds are handled once a partnership actually begins.

Booking a call

Booking a call through this website is free. We do not ask for payment details to book, we do not charge a deposit, and you can cancel or reschedule using the links in your confirmation email at any time before the call.

Fees under a licensing agreement

If we agree to work together after the call, the commercial terms are set out in a separate written licensing agreement between you and The Publishing House LLC. That agreement states the fee, the payment schedule, what we deliver, and the cancellation and refund terms that apply to your specific arrangement.

We send that agreement to you in advance. You are under no obligation to sign it, and you should read it in full, and take your own advice on it, before you do. Where the agreement and this page differ, the signed agreement governs.

Refunds after a partnership begins

Because a licensing partnership commits our time, our supplier relationships and our build work from the moment it starts, refunds are not automatic once work has begun. The exact position is written into your agreement. If you believe something has gone wrong, contact us first and we will work with you to put it right.

How to raise a refund or billing question

Email enzo@peptiblueprint.com with:

• Your full name and the email address on your agreement
• The date your agreement was signed
• A short description of the issue and what you would like us to do

We aim to acknowledge every request within 1 to 2 business days and to resolve eligible requests within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We would rather resolve a dispute directly and quickly. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will contest them with the documentation from your signed agreement.
